Christina is very passionate about healing and emphasizes finding the underlying reason to her patient’s pain or discomfort. Christina is an experienced practitioner and has developed her palpation to feel, or in her words “listen”, to find the restrictions and dysfunctions in the body. She focuses not where the pain is but where it could be coming from. Christina specializes in visceral and cranial osteopathy as well as dealing with the musculoskeletal system. Christina has completed courses with the Barral and Upledger Institutes that have helped fine tune her skills to treat a wide variety of issues. Christina continues to expand her knowledge with further evidence-based courses in manual therapy. She is currently specializing in women’s pelvic health.
Christina strongly believes in hands on therapy that is wholistic and alternative to western medicine. Her assessments include a full health history, a head-to-toe assessment and a gait analysis to ensure she is treating the body as a whole functioning unit.
Christina loves the outdoors and strives to lead a healthy lifestyle through sport and activity. Some of her hobbies include soccer, volleyball, hiking, swimming, pilates and snowboarding.
